Ms. Bolyog is a graduate of St. Joseph’s School of Nursing and received her master’s degree in Community Health Nursing from Arizona State University in 1996.
She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has more than 40 years of nursing experience in the Phoenix and Prescott areas.
